Effective Date: September 12, 2025
Organizer: Zencastr, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office in the United States (“Zencastr”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”).
1.1. The contest (“Contest”) is open only to individuals who:

2.1. To qualify, participants (“Creators”) must:
2.2. Recordings must not contain obscene, vulgar, profane, discriminatory, illegal, harmful, or violent material. Zencastr reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these standards.
2.3. Raffle Participation: By recording at least 2 hours of eligible recordings, the Creator will be automatically entered into the raffle. There is a limit of one raffle entry per participant, regardless of how many additional hours beyond the 2-hour minimum requirement are done.
3.1. The Contest begins on September 12, 2025, 00:00 IST and ends on October 12, 2025, 23:59 IST (“Contest Period”).
3.2. Only recordings created during the Contest Period are eligible. Content recorded outside this window will not be counted.
3.3. The Contest is structured as a 30-day rolling contest period, beginning on the start date specified by Zencastr (e.g., September 12 to October 12). Each 30-day contest cycle is separate and independent. Eligible recordings from one contest cycle will not carry over to any future contest cycles.
4.1. One winner will be selected via a random raffle from the pool of eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will be announced within seven (7) days after the Contest Period ends.
5.1. The winner will receive USD $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollars).
5.2. This raffle prize is separate from and in addition to the standard creator earnings of USD $1 for each hour of eligible recording completed on Zencastr. All eligible creators will continue to receive their per-hour payments regardless of raffle outcome.
5.3. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Zencastr account for the purpose of claiming their reward and selecting their preferred payment method.
5.4. Before releasing the prize, Zencastr reserves the right to require the winner to provide valid government-issued identification (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license, or equivalent) to verify their identity and confirm that it matches their Zencastr account details. Failure to provide such verification may result in disqualification.
5.5. Payment will be made via one of the following methods, at Zencastr’s discretion:
5.6. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion, or exchange charges imposed by local or international authorities.
5.7. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Zencastr the right to publish their first name in promotional materials, announcements, or marketing communications related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5.8. Zencastr may also contact the winner to request a testimonial, interview, or participation in promotional activities related to the Contest. Participation in such promotional activities is entirely voluntary, and the winner may decline without affecting their prize eligibility.
6.1. By entering, you agree that these Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and Zencastr.
6.2. This Agreement does not alter or replace any other agreements you may have with Zencastr, including the Zencastr Terms of Service, which remain in full force and effect.

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
8.2. Notwithstanding the above, participants may also be subject to applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding promotional contests and sweepstakes.
8.3. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delaware, U.S.A..
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
Failure by Zencastr to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
By participating in this Contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
